Services
Support for where you are — and where you're going.
Life brings periods of change, uncertainty and challenge. Sometimes we know exactly what we're struggling with. Other times, we simply know that something doesn't feel quite right.
Counselling offers a space to step away from the demands of everyday life, better understand what you're experiencing, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I offer in-person counselling in Nairobi and online support for clients living across Kenya, and internationally (when appropriate).
EXPATS & Internationals
Support for navigating life away from home—whether you've just arrived or have lived internationally for years.
Living abroad can bring unexpected challenges around identity, belonging, relationships, career and connection. You may be adjusting to a new country, navigating another transition, or have moved for a partner's career and are trying to find your own sense of direction and purpose.
And sometimes, what you're facing has little to do with living abroad at all—but it can help to talk with someone who understands the international context of your life.
Individual Counselling
A supportive space to understand what you're feeling, reconnect with yourself and find a way forward.
You don't need to be going through a major crisis to benefit from counselling. You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood or stress, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, struggling with self-worth, or simply sensing that you're not quite yourself. Counselling offers a space to explore what's going on, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and work towards greater clarity, balance and wellbeing.
Life Transitions
Support through change, uncertainty and the moments that make us reconsider what comes next.
Life transitions can be exciting, difficult — and often both at the same time. Whether you're navigating a change in career, relationship, identity, location or simply finding that the life you once felt comfortable in no longer quite fits, counselling can provide space to explore what's changing.

A Collaborative, Integrated Approach
I believe counselling should reflect the individual rather than requiring the individual to fit a particular therapeutic model.
My approach is collaborative and integrative, drawing from evidence-based psychological approaches while considering your experiences, needs and goals.
In-Person in Nairobi & online
I offer counselling in person in Spring Valley, Nairobi, in a private and peaceful setting, as well as online for clients who prefer the flexibility of virtual sessions.
Online counselling can be particularly helpful for people who travel frequently or whose lives span different countries and locations.
