individual Therapy

A SPACE TO understand where you are - and find your way forward

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Sometimes you know exactly what is weighing on you. Other times, you simply know that something doesn’t quite feel right.

Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and begin moving towards greater clarity, connection and wellbeing.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin

Sometimes people come to therapy during an especially difficult period - a relationship ending, a major transition, loss, anxiety or overwhelming stress.

But therapy can also be a place to understand yourself more deeply. You may notice patterns you keep repeating, feel disconnected from the life you’ve built, or simply sense that you’d like something to change.

You don’t have to be in a crisis to benefit from therapy

  • Sexuality or sexual orientation

  • Questions around identity, purpose or direction

  • Difficult experiences from the past that continue to affect the present

  • A major life or career transition

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Grief, loss or unexpected change

  • Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself

  • Anxiety, worry, or overthinking

  • Stress, overwhelm or burnout

  • Low self-worth or self-doubt

  • Feeling like parts of you aren’t always understood or accepted

Therapy isn’t about becoming someone else.

It’s about understanding yourself well enough to move forward differently.

Sometimes knowing that you’d like things to feel different is enough of a place to begin
