I’m a Licensed Psychologist based in Nairobi, Kenya.

I’m originally from the United States but have called Kenya home for the last five years. Before starting a private practice in counselling, I spent many years working internationally in the humanitarian and development sector. That experience shapes the way I work today, particularly with people navigating international lives, demanding careers, changing identities, and periods of significant transition.

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. I goal is to create a space where you can speak openly, understand yourself more deeply, and develop tools that translate beyond the therapy room into your everyday life.

Hi, I’m Sarah Weber.

My Approach

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, practical, and grounded in your individual experience.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), talk therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed and body-based approaches.

Rather than applying one method to everyone, we explore what is happening in your life, the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and the tools and perspectives that can help you move forward.

While we may work on understanding the past, our sessions will also be heavily focused on helping you navigate the life you are living now, and your goals for the future.
