Setting boundaries isn’t about shutting people out — it’s about honouring your needs while staying connected to the people who matter.
Join us for a supportive and interactive workshop exploring why boundaries can feel so difficult, how guilt and people-pleasing can get in the way, and practical ways to communicate your needs with greater confidence.
Through guided reflection, conversation and practical exercises, we’ll explore how to protect your time, energy and wellbeing while maintaining meaningful relationships.
We’ll close the afternoon with a restorative sound bath, offering time to slow down, reset and reconnect with yourself.
