Navigating a new country or a New Phase of life?

Find Your Way Forward.

Counselling and psychological support for expats, internationally mobile professionals, humanitarians, relationships, life transitions, and personal challenges

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expected.

You may be finding your footing in a new country—or have lived abroad for years and discovered that international life brings challenges of its own. You may be navigating a relationship change, questioning the direction of your career, experiencing a shift in identity or purpose, or simply realizing that the way you’ve been coping no longer feels sustainable.

Sometimes change is something we choose. Sometimes it happens to us. And sometimes, from the outside, life looks perfectly fine—while internally, something feels unsettled.

Therapy can provide a space to slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and find a way forward that feels more grounded and intentional.

A Space to Work Through life’s challenges

I work with adults experiencing periods of transition, uncertainty, stress, burnout, grief, and emotional overwhelm.

You might be:

  • Adjusting to a major life or career transition

  • Living abroad or navigating the complexities of an international life

  • Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself

  • Reconsidering your identity, relationships, priorities, or sense of purpose

  • Experiencing burnout or questioning what comes next

  • Adjusting to family changes or hormonal shifts

  • Recovering from a difficult or traumatic experience

  • Navigating grief, loss, or an unexpected change

  • Recognizing a pattern you would like to understand better or change

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. Sometimes the reason is simply: something in my life needs to change, and I’m not sure how to get there.
